Review: FUTURE :: HEALTH & SCIENCE TALK 3.0

Inclusion & Diversity in Business, Science & Society

The event took place Thu., Oct. 8th, 2020 | 06:00 pm – live from TUtheSky / Vienna

Diversity is of essential importance for organizations and our society – an opportunity with great potential and at the same time a challenge.

For the recognition of human diversity – regardless of social, ethnic, gender, sexual, religious categories or classifications based on age, physical or psychological abilities – the foundation was set in the UN Charter of Human Rights as early as 1946. But there is still a lot to do in 2020!

Inclusion is the instrument to promote diversity and to discover the potential for all of us.

In particular for companies that are under constant pressure to innovate – such as research-based pharmaceutical companies – inclusion is essential for success. Inclusion offers its potential where creation and disruption meet each other.
